Summer Promotion 2012
Dear Best Park Affiliate:
We want to help promote your resort and summer specials through a fun campaign that will get your guests thinking about you! We’re launching a campaign called “Best of Summer” that encourages RVers to recommend you as their favorite destination. This effort, aimed at increasing exposure amongst past and potential guests, will keep you top-of-mind and allow for promotion of your summer deals and incentives.
As part of this campaign, resorts will receive:
- A FREE individualized eblast with the “Best of Summer” promotion, recognizing you as a Best Park – and asking for fans to cast a
vote in your direction. (See sample email image & voting process flow below).

- FREE online banner promoting the campaign on your website.

|
| - Social media post recommendations.
|
Participating is easy, simply:
|
1) Send us your logo for the “Best of Summer” promotion eblast. We’ll customize a blast just for you at no charge!

2) Pass along the summer deal / incentive you’d like to offer anyone who votes for your resort.
|
|
3) Help us reach your past, current and prospective guests by providing your list of email addresses to our ad agency
(strictly confidential, of course, used only to send your personalized email blast and to be used only one-time for the 'Best of
Summer' campaign).

Voting begins on April 17th – so get rolling and send along your resort information. We look forward to helping make a splash with your summer promotions!
